Prior to becoming a founding member of Colemere Gibbs & Stout,
PLLC, Mr. Gibbs engaged in a broad spectrum of litigation cases while working
for the Oklahoma law firm of Graves & Barkett, Long Okura, P.C. and most
recently, Wrona Gordon & DuBois, P.C.
As a former extern to the to the Hon. Judge Ted Stewart, Utah Federal
District Court, Mr. Gibbs brings a unique insider perspective to the challenges
inherent with complex real estate, business and family law litigation coupled
with the creativity to generate and explore alternatives to the litigation
process. Because in legal disputes there
is rarely a one-size-fits-all approach, Mr. Gibbs believes that every client
deserves to understand the legal process and take an active role in generating
effective strategies designed to advance and manage their interests.
